SoC-ITSS (Service-oriented Cooperative ITS Simulator，Old name: CyberCarSimulation) is one traffic simulator for the study of Service-oriented Cooperative ITS (SoC-ITS), which provide several novel mechanisms such as the configuration of traffic scene, dynamic path planning, service-oriented cooperation of vehicles and visualdisplay of traffic procedures etc. This simulator is designed and developed with C# on Windows, by the team from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
