### Overview
This patch addresses errors introduced after adding support for the DSB nXS variant. That change caused GAS to incorrectly reject valid immediate string operands used with the DSB instruction.

### Additional Information
This section documents an error encountered when building the project using `rpmbuild`, which, after investigation, has been confirmed to be unrelated to the content of this patch or any related patches. **The error can occur regardless of whether this patch or related patches are enabled, and is noted here for reference only.**

When building the RPM package of this project with `rpmbuild`, an incorrect but currently unidentified system configuration may cause the `rpmbuild -ba` command to fail with errors such as:

```

ERROR   0001: file '/usr/bin/objdump' contains a standard rpath '/usr/lib64' in [/usr/lib64]

ERROR   0001: file '/usr/bin/strings' contains a standard rpath '/usr/lib64' in [/usr/lib64]
...
```

This issue has poor reproducibility and its root cause has not yet been identified. What is known is that the error is triggered by the `/usr/lib/rpm/check-rpaths` checker. Once triggered—whether automatically during `rpmbuild` or manually by the developer—it consistently causes the build to fail.

A known workaround is to suppress this check by setting the `QA_RPATHS` environment variable, as suggested in the warning message:

Setting the environment variable `QA_RPATHS=0x0001` will suppress this specific build failure.

### GCC Build Support Verification
Additional verification was performed to confirm this project's support for building with GCC. The log output is as follows:

**Validation confirms that the current version of binutils, with the fix patch applied, can successfully build the GCC project using the `rpmbuild` method.** This also resolves the previous issue where assembly of the DSB instruction would fail.
