Sharker is a python graph library for deep learning. libThis is mindspore verison of pytorch geometric. As the memorial of Xiake Xu (徐霞客), this project is renamed as Sharker.
This project is the mindspore version of graph learning, which contains all of the graph neural network for drug discovery.
The scatter operators are implemented with Mindspore AI framework, who's API is equivalent to torch-scatter under PyTorch.
