通报榜数据显示逻辑：(没有考虑警务站)

- 1.根据本周本月两个时间段的筛选，显示下级单位有多少条超时处置舆情指令，有多少条超时未完成舆情指令。（图中圆点切换是代表此处为滚动效果）
- 1.1 市局角色登录：此处显示所有分局超时记录（两列均为分局）
- 1.2 分局角色登录：此处左边显示所有分局的超时记录，右边显示该分局辖区下所有派出所超时记录
- 1.3 派出所角色登录：此处显示同分局角色登录显示，目的是让该登录角色了解在全市和在分局的排名。
注：此处榜单文字前面增加了排名序号，即超时记录最多的为第一名，依此类推。
