Fast Compile and Run a CPP Program. ——For OIers

### OIFastRun v1.4.10 2019.8.30

> Usage: `oi b[uild] [-i INPUT_FILE] [-o OUTPUT_FILE] [-O2]`

> Usage: `oi r[un] [-i INPUT_FILE] [-o OUTPUT_FILE] [-O2]`

> (-O2 : g++ Option "-g" Enabled by Default, It Will be Disabled If You Enabled "-O2")
>
> (-s  : Print all output at the end of execution)
