## How to install

1. Download the release file and install it. https://github.com/hanyizhao/NetSpeedMonitor/releases/latest
2. Install the WinPcap. https://www.winpcap.org/
3. Enjoy.

## Dependencies
1. .Net Framework 4.6.1.
2. WinPcap or Npcap.
