The `otx` framework (OpenVINO™ Training Extensions) has been renamed to `getitune`.

Its code is now available in the
[`library`](https://github.com/open-edge-platform/training_extensions/tree/develop/library) folder; please refer to this
[README](https://github.com/open-edge-platform/training_extensions/blob/develop/library/README.md) for more information
about `getitune` (former `otx`) features and installation.
