This is a jruby win32ole implementation.
It is distributed as a gem that comes bundled/packaged with jruby's mainline windows distros.

To use:
open project in netbeans, it will prompt you for the location of jruby.jar file.
After that you can either build in netbeans, or from the command line using ant.
