puredom.placeholder

A puredom plugin for showing placeholder text in input fields.


What it Does
------------

Uses the HTML5 "placeholder" attribute where available, falling back to a more basic implementation.


.placeholder(): Enable the data-placeholder attribute
-----------------------------------------------------

`.placeholder()` looks at a node's data-placeholder attribute and applies it to an input element as placeholder text.

// <input id="foo" data-placeholder="Enter some text..." />
puredom('#foo').placeholder();
```
