# 等保分支
管理员用户创建是最核心的功能，穿插了一些小的功能点

1.实现创建三个管理员账户的操作。
2.实现安全脚本下发的操作
3.界面新增一个Security Module 安全模块，实际上就是等保模块，但是暂时没有功能包含在其中

目前只是基于License 创建了一个对应的功能，其实只有框架，功能暂时没有实现，因为暂时没有什么需要这里配合做的
