Tested and working on CM4 and ULX4M

HDMI, USB, Ethernet, DSI, SPI0

Currently not working / not tested

SPI1, SPI2, LCD, SD, PCIe, GPIO

Some pins like PWR_START ( that is needed for starting meanwell power supplys ) are connected to CAM pins on CM4 connector
