该项目是一个个人知识库检索问答系统(RAG)
- 知识笔记上传系统：
	- 将pdf格式的个人笔记等内容通过网页的上传按钮进行上传
	- Chroma向量数据库存储
	- 对文件进行查重记录，避免重复上传文件笔记
- 问答系统：
	- 本地ollama私有模型部署
	- 本地向量知识库检索
	- 上下文记忆
	- 聊天记录保存
- 系统部署：
	- streamlit网页框架
	- .bat批处理器
